Quintessa Medical Spa named Official Best of Medical Spa In the State of WI for 2011.

Mequon, WI - Quintessa Medical Spa is pleased to announce that they've been named the official choice for the best medical spa in the state of Wisconsin for 2011.
Official Best Of solicits nominations for "Best Of" selections on their website. The Official Best of researchers then scour print and online travel resources, consult with local Convention & Visitors Bureaus, Chambers of Commerce and other experts in the field to determine which nominees or researched attractions will be named as a "best of". Each destination is then contacted to inform them of their awarded title.
Quintessa Medical Spa was nominated in late spring by Media World USA, located in Hollywood, CA. "We are honored to be awarded this designation. Our staff has worked hard to earn this and we are fortunate to have so many exceptional clients." states, Heidi Campbell, Spa Director and RN.
Executive Producer, Brett Allen and his crew visited Quintessa Medical Spa this summer to film and interview Dr. Andrew Campbell and his staff. Last Wednesday, May 18, 2011, Quintessa Medical Spa hosted the first annual “Quintessential Wellness Event: Look Good. Feel Good. Do Good.” at their Mequon location. In sponsorship with a group of Mequon-area community wellness partners, the free event focused on personal wellness, as well as caring for the community.
“We are very thankful the organizers of the Quintessential Wellness Event selected us as their non-profit partner in this worthwhile event,” said Advocates of Ozaukee County Executive Director Barb Fisher. “Advocates’ mission is to end domestic and sexual violence. When people suffering from abuse start to feel good about themselves, the cycle of abuse starts to change. We are happy to benefit from an event that believes in the power of feeling good about ourselves,” Fisher continued.

Making healing easier: Mequon doc pairs spa treatments with medical procedures

Dr. Andrew Campbell first started exploring spa treatments as a way for his plastic surgery patients to heal faster and better.
Today, he and his wife, Heidi, operate two Quintessa Medical Spas in Mequon and Sheboygan. They hope to franchise the concept, creating a network of trained professionals who can offer safe, effective plastic surgery and spa treatments throughout the Milwaukee area.
Revenue for Quintessa doubled last year after the Campbells opened the Mequon location and made it their headquarters in January 2010, and they're expecting a slight increase this year.
Andrew is a certified ear, nose and throat doctor and facial plastic surgeon. He started his practice in Sheboygan 13 years ago and quickly saw that his patients were looking for spa treatments before and after surgery. He added a skin care line and a few years later started offering spa treatments.
