Dr. Andrew Campbell, M.D.
Dr. Campbell is a double board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon by American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Campbell has also been a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 1995. He along with his wife and nurse, Heidi Campbell opened Quintessa Medical Spa in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to supply and promote medical skin care services to clients in Eastern Wisconsin.
Patients and clients throughout the Midwest and United States, seek our Dr. Campbell for both surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments. Clients are encouraged to contact Dr. Campbell with any questions or to arrange for a free consultation.
Heidi Campbell, R.N. and Spa Director
After receiving her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in 1988, Heidi initially worked in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. Then in 2002, she joined the team at Campbell Facial Plastic Surgery as a registered nurse and saw the need for more medical follow up with skin care with their clients. Along with her husband and facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Andrew Campbell, they opened Quintessa Medical Spa.
As Spa Director of the Quintessa Medical Spa, Heidi also is a clinical medical laser technician, and a skin care specialist. Her interest in esthetics and advanced skin care, has lead to her extensive training in:
- Certification on the Sciton Profile™ System, Candela lasers, and Lumenis®Vasculight lasers
- Completion of the Masters course in Lumenis® Systems
- Training in the Obagi Nu-Derm® Skin Care System
- Completion of an advanced course in microdermabrasion techniques and applications offered by Aviderm®
- Education on chemical peels and product protocols
Cathy Hagene, Practice Administrator
Cathy is the practice administrator for Quintessa Medical Spa and Campbell Facial Plastic Surgery. She has more than 29 years of management experience in office administration and customer service which includes the field of plastic surgery and aesthetics. Cathy oversees and coordinates business operations, human resources, public relations, sales and marketing efforts for both practices. Cathy assures all client expectations are met and handled professionally at either of our medical facilities.
Molly Demos, Care Coordinator
Molly is the Care Coordinator for Dr. Campbell and Quintessa Aesthetic Center. She has spent more than 12 years in the pharmaceutical field and brings with her an understanding of the importance of quality patient care. She works with and is a liaison for Dr. Campbell and his patients to ensure consistently a positive and satisfying experience.

Terri Edgar, BSN, R.N.
Terri has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. In 2003, she took her nursing skills in a new direction when she became fascinated with lasers. She is certified in many laser systems and has extensive experience in photorejuvenation, facial and leg vein removal, rosacea, removal of vascular lesions, scar lightening, acne, and hair reduction. Terri′s interest is in educating clients and helping them achieve correction and rejuvenation.
Kristin Angell, BSN, RN, ACE Certified Trainer
Kristin has been a registered nurse for 15 years and a certified plastic surgical nurse for 6 years. In 2003 she focused her practice in the procedural aspect of aesthetic nursing focusing primarily on Botox®, cosmetic fillers, injection sclerotherapy, and laser treatments. It was during this time that her passion for the "face" was realized and she joined Campbell Facial Plastic Surgery and Quintessa Medical Spa.
Melissa Hughes, RN
Melissa is an Aesthetic Care Clinician at our Sheboygan Center. Melissa has been a registered nurse for 20 years working in the operating room, plastic surgery and aesthetic areas of healthcare. Her nursing goals are focusing on understanding the clientele objectives, providing education and clinical options and developing an individualized treatment plan to meet their goals. Melissa is experienced in facial injectables, filler treatments, laser and skincare rejuvenation.
Sabrina Fitzsimmons, Service Coordinator
Sabrina has a background in fashion merchandising, business administration and customer service. She is the first person you will meet when you contact Quintessa Aesthetic Center in Mequon. She takes pride in making sure our office runs smoothly and her main concern is that you feel welcome and comfortable when you visit us. Sabrina is very organized, professional and discreet which makes her the perfect person to run our front desk. She makes sure that all your questions are answered and coordinates client consultations and appointments. She also handles all our social media, so be sure to "Like" our Facebook page.
Margaret Salud, SA
Margaret comes to Quintessa as Dr. Campbell's Surgical Assistant. She brings with her over 25 years of experience with a background of plastics, cardiovascular, and general surgery. Along with specializing in facial plastic surgery she brings a nurturing stability to our patient care.

Shelley Plier, Medical Esthetician
As a Wisconsin State-Certified Aesthetician and certified in Advanced Medical Esthetics. Shelley is certified in performing chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments utilizing the Sciton Profile™ and Lumenis® Systems. Her expertise include: facials, microdermabrasion, ProFractional laser skin resurfacing, intense pulsed light photorejuvenation treatments, laser skin peels, vein removal, hair reduction, makeup application and Quintessa's own 4-Week challenge treatment.
- Training in the Obagi Nu-Derm® Skin Care System Completion of an advanced course in microdermabrasion techniques.
- Continues to pursue more knowledge on chemical peels and product protocols as well as medical skin care products. Her desire to assist each client in obtaining optimal health for their skin.
Brenda Schwab, Medical Esthetician and Service Coordinator
Brenda is a Wisconsin licensed Aesthetician with additional experience in Customer Service and Administration. In her 8 years as an Aesthetician she has worked with pharmaceutical grade skin care products, product knowledge and education, as well as spa facial & body treatment development and training. At Quintessa Medical Spa she is eager to assist in coordinating treatments and follow-up care, inform clients on healthy skin techniques and develop a customized skin care plan for you.
